Booking Policy

  • Check-in for camping and campervans is 14:00 - 19:00 (If you expect to arrive later than this, please let us know)
  • Check-out for pitches is 11:00
  • Check-in for the Shepherd's Hut is 15:00 - 21:00
  • Check-out for the Shepherd's Hut is 10:00
  • If you are staying in the Shepherd's Hut, all linen and towels are provided
  • Well-behaved dogs are permitted on our campsite; keep them on a lead at all times and clean up after them
  • Pets are not permitted in the Shepherd's Hut
  • This is a quiet campsite; please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00
  • We have a stream and two ponds, as well a small quarry. Ensure children are supervised at all times
  • We have a large communal campfire on site; other campfires are not permitted
  • Disposable BBQs are not permitted on site, other BBQs are welcome providing they are kept raised to protect the ground beneath
  • Please be aware there are no bins on site - you will need to take your waste away with you

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the holiday start date will be subject to your 30% non-refundable deposit being paid.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded.
  • We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.

We reserve the right to amend our website, terms and conditions and prices without notice.

Cancellations and Refunds

Ffosygrafel Isaf Camping is unable to offer refunds to visitors leaving before their booked departure date. Please see our cancellation policy for other reasons.

All outstanding pitch fees must be paid 30 days prior to visit. This includes the Shepherd's Hut.

Visitors should ensure they have adequate holiday insurance with cancellation cover.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to campers and/or ask people to leave the site. No refund will be offered if this becomes necessary. Unacceptable or wilful damage to the campsite or Shepherd's Hut will result in you being asked to leave.

Community

To avoid disturbing other visitors' peace and quiet, please do not use generators on site.

No amplified music or sound between 22:00 and 08:00.

Please leave the roundhouse kitchen clean and tidy after use, and take any food waste with you. Do not allow food waste to go down the drain.

Please refrain from walking through other peoples pitches.

Health & Safety

There are no bins on site - you will need to take your waste away with you.

Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians and must be supervised at all times, especially in communal areas such as the showers, toilets and roundhouse. There are some hazards on site such as areas of deep water and a small quarry. It is essentail that children are supervised near these areas.

Smoking is not permitted in communal areas.

For your own health and safety you must not under any circumstances cross the fence into our neighbours' fields.

Dogs & Pets

Dogs are allowed on the camping field and campervan area with prior arrangement, but not in the Shepherd's Hut or its vicinity. Dogs must be kept on a lead and cleaned up after.

Neither campfires nor disposable barbeques are allowed on the camping pitches. Non-disposable barbeques are welcome but must be kept raised to protect the ground beneath.

General

Please keep to the footpaths on the campsite - there are many species of wildflower growing in the wild areas and we have planted hundreds of young trees.

Please do not arrive or depart outside of specified hours. This gives us an opportunity to carry out essential maintenance such as grass cutting.

No Stag or Hen parties allowed. Also no unaccompanied groups of under-18s.

Complaints must be addressed to us immediately, not after your stay, and we will endeavour to deal with them.

Ffosygrafel Isaf Camping accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items, or for any injury suffered to any persons while staying on site. All property and personal belongings are left on site at the owners risk.

Ffosygrafel Isaf Camping are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances will include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, serious crime, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics or such similar events ("Forces Majeure"). We recommend that you have adequate insurance cover in place to cover this.
